- November 2024 : Completed MSc from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Thesis title: A novel uncertainty driven boundary refined convolution neural network for uneven medical image segmentation.
- August 2024 : A paper “Automated Radiomics-Based Clinically Significant Prostate Cancer (csPCa) Grade Classification From Biparametric MRI” is accepted for presenting in Digital Image Computing: Techniques & Applications (DICTA) 2024 Conference.
- June 2024 : A paper “UDBRNet: A novel uncertainty driven boundary refined network for organ at risk segmentation” Published in PLOS ONE. [Source Code]
- May 2024 : Our paper “Uncertainty Driven Bottleneck Attention U-net for Organ at Risk Segmentation” is presented in IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging 2024 (ISBI-2024) by Professor Clinton Fookes. [Source Code]
- February 2024 : Accepted (full length) paper on Medical Imaging in the prestigious IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging 2024 (ISBI-2024) for presentation.
- February 2024 : Appointed as program coordinator of Computer Science and Engineering Department, Green University of Bangladesh.
- November 2023 : A paper “A Sign Language Recognition System for Helping Disabled People” is accepted for presenting in International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 5.0 (STI 2023) Conference.
- June 2023 : Attended Summer School on Spectral Graph Theory organized by BUET.
- February 2023: Complete course on Teaching for Active Learning (TAL) organized by Foundation for Learning Teaching and Research (fLTR)
- September 2022: Research article “Eye Tracking, Saliency Modeling and Human Feedback Descriptor Driven Robust Region-of-Interest Determination Technique” publish in IEEE Access [Q1, IF: 3.476]. This research is conducted in collaboration with Charles Sturt University, Australia.
- June 2022: Received Excellence Award from Pabna University of Science and Technology.
